cancellation policy
We aim to provide the best possible medical care by providing consultations within the shortest possible timeframes — especially for emergency cases. To do this, we need to be kept informed about cancellations and that "no-shows" don't impact our waiting list.
We understand that plans change and that patients will sometimes need to reschedule or cancel their appointments. We try to be as flexible and accommodating as we can and it would really help us if you could give us as much advance notice so that we can make your appointment time available for someone else on our waiting list.
Appointment Reminders
To help you keep track of your appointments, we'll be in touch to remind you of your consultation time.
Prepayment
When we confirm your appointment time, we ask for payment in advance. This lets us know that you will definitely be attending. If you wish to cancel your appointment, we'll refund this payment immediately.
Cancellations
At a minimum, we need at least 24 hours notice if you can't make your appointment. If we don't hear from you in this timeframe, you will be charged 50% of your consultation fee: $100 for new patients and $50 for review patients.
Running Late?
It happens! We'll do our very best to fit you in when you do arrive, but we may have to juggle appointments or shorten your consultation. If you are running late, please give us a call to let us know.
